Buffalo Wild Wings and Milanos Subs ... great experience with Unison Technology.  As a restaurant development company we were behind the times with technology. In the three years we have been with Unison Technology we have not only caught up, but I believe we have surpassed many in our industry as it relates to computer technology. Doug and Aram met with me and my controller three years ago to discuss our current situation and future needs. Doug was very good at pointing out that we not only needed to look at new servers in the short term, but that we should put together annual budgets that would allow us to keep our technology up to date. From the very start I could tell they were a company that put integrity and honesty first.  They have not failed to demonstrate this consistently over the past three years and they are a team you CAN trust.

On the technology front they provided us with a completely new delivery system for our computing needs.  They installed new servers that included our own email server and terminal server.  Almost all the service that our systems would require could now be handled remotely.  The system has been a truly amazing upgrade for us and has made our entire team more productive.  The ability for us to work on our systems from any site with internet has improved my and my team member’s quality of life greatly. Unison has also helped us keep our point of sale register systems working properly in our locations.  Our registers are the most important part of restaurant equipment- without it no orders can even be processed.  They have worked actively with our point of sale provider to learn the ins and outs of the system and help us minimize downtime when we have a system problem.  They have done a wonderful job and we are now using them to solve almost all of our register problems.
